The content and conditions of the Service may be changed depending on circumstances.
2. Conditions of Use
The following acts are prohibited when using the Site.

- Interfering with the operation of the Site
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe the rights of third parties
If the Company identifies use that violates these conditions, it may refuse to provide the Service.
3. Bookings and Visits
Inquiries or bookings made through the Site do not guarantee provision of the Service. Visit dates and times are arranged according to the Company’s schedule and on-site conditions. The scope of work or fees may also change based on the results of an on-site assessment.

The Company strives to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information on the Site but does not guarantee its content. The Company is liable for damages arising from use of the Site or the Service only to the extent permitted by law. The Company is not liable for the following.
